On the afternoon of April 20, the 2021 Job Fair and the 2022 Internship Fair was successfully held in F105, North District University Student Activity Center. Among the total of nearly three hundred companies that signed up, the School of Business carefully selected 53 premium enterprises, including Johnson & Johnson, China Construction First Bureau, subsidiaries of Xinwu District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Affairs and NIO. The event attracted more than 400 students of the School.

At the beginning, Dean Teng Lefa and Deputy Secretary and Deputy Dean Xu Jing had a face-to-face conversation with the employers and the students at the fair to learn about the recruitment requirements and the students’ demands.

At the fair, the enterprises displayed the pre-prepared brochures and peripheral products, and enthusiastically and patiently explained the corporate philosophy, positions, functional requirements and remuneration to the students. The students submitted their resumes to their favorite companies and had in-depth communication with them.

In order to improve the employment rate and employment quality of graduates, the School held this event after the autumn job fair and the spring job fair.
